Concept
Before methodology, intent. We read the material, talk to the people responsible for it, and agree on what the image is meant to do in the cut. Most expensive VFX problems begin as unexamined creative assumptions.
Approach
Five stages, in the order they actually happen. The point of the sequence is that decisions get made early enough to still be cheap.
Understand the story and the goal.
Develop the visual idea and solution.
Prepare the technology and pipeline.
Execute a focused production process.
Finish, review and deliver.

02
Visual development runs in parallel with technical design. Concepts, references and previs exist to make the decision cheap now instead of expensive later. AI shortens this loop; it does not make the choice.
03
Methodology, shot breakdown, data requirements and on-set plan. Colour pipeline, naming and delivery specification are agreed in writing before the first plate arrives — not negotiated during the last week.
04
Shots move through a tracked pipeline with internal QC before anything reaches the client. Supervision is continuous rather than a checkpoint, so problems surface while they are still small.
05
Final review on a calibrated display, technical QC against the studio's delivery specification, and delivery in the required codec, colour space and naming convention. What arrives is what was approved.
